1. Project Coordination:

  • Scheduling meetings contractors, project managers and workers.
  • Coordinating timelines and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on project milestones.
  • Tracking project progress to ensure deadlines are met.

2. Document Management:

  • Maintaining records such as contracts and permits.
  • Preparing and filing documentation for compliance with which company needs.
  • Managing change orders and ensuring all paperwork is up to date.

3. Communication Support:

  • Acting as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and contractors.
  • Drafting and distributing project updates, reports, and schedules.
  • Resolving minor issues or escalating them to the project manager as needed.

4. Compliance and Permits:

  • Ensuring all necessary permits and licenses are secured and valid.
  • Coordinating inspections as required by local authorities.

7. Support for the Project Manager:

  • Assisting in project planning, preparation, submission and etc.
  • Creating and updating project schedules and progress reports.
  • Handling day-to-day administrative tasks, such as prepare for submission of customer report to claim back.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • renovation industry: 1 year (Preferred)
