Key Responsibilities:

Works with business partner to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs.
Create mock up screen / wire-frame with prototype tools
Clearly articulates and documents business requirements.
Creates, analyse, and validate detailed functional specification or user requirements into a
Functional Specification Document (FSD) & System Requirement Specification (SRS).
Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands.
Manages ongoing relationship with the business partners to drive satisfaction with project delivery.
Provides the UAT support to the stakeholders.
Design and maintain the application user guide.
Understand and simplify the application flow according to market usability and best practices.
Coordinate and communicate between client/product team, mid-level management team, technical team, UI/UX team and QA team.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in IT business analysis, with a strong emphasis on gathering requirements and process analysis.
For experienced candidates, insurance domain knowledge is a plus.
Strong foundation in technical documentation, e.g., flow charts, swimlanes, use case diagrams, functional specifications, user manuals, etc.
Good understanding of IT-related concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a friendly and positive attitude towards peers and team collaboration.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle complex challenges.
Willingness to travel and meet clients in person, as required, to facilitate discussions and gather insights for project success.
Able to speak Mandarin for effective communication with multi-race clients.
