FINANCE MANAGER (MANDARIN SEPAKER)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts. Manage and supervise monthly preparation of GL, AR, AP and inventories.
• Handle daily operations relating to accounting functions. Prepare and finalizing monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements on a timely manner.
• Ensure that documentation, system and procedures are in compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, the generally accepted accounting practices and relevant regulations.
• Preparation of ad-hoc management, financing and project reports for analysis and corrective actions
• Assist to review, develop and implement together with Heads of Department and Financial Controller in improving the overall Company taxation structure in line with regulations, Company’s Goals & Objectives.
• Liaise with external parties i.e. bankers, auditor, tax agent, company secretary, insurer, solicitor, Custom, LHDN and others.
• Any other duties assigned by the Management

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a LCCI, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Accountancy or other equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Able to handle full sets of accounts.
• Meticulous, responsible and able to work under minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Proactive with problem solving skill and able to work independently.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM11,500.00 per month
