  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description :

  • Assist the Golf manager to oversee day to day management, which includes the golf course, golf buggies, buggy station
  • Run daily golf operation including tee-off schedules, membership relation inquires and any other duties required to ensure excellent service
  • Oversee the maintenance of the golf Centre including maintenance of buggies, charging room and public area
  • Assist the golf manger in enforce all golfing rules and regulation to ensure greater discipline
  • Ensure that the golf staff and caddy are discipline and that they carry out their duties as instructed
  • Familiar with the club policies and keep associates updated on inhouse policies and procedure and enforce them when necessary
  • To highlight any misconduct to the golf manger.
  • Participate in training as and when required by management
  • Assist in the organization of the golf tournament for members on the form of the monthly medals, junior medal, senior medal, annual championship and other form of value-added golfing related activities for the benefit of members.
  • Assist communication in disseminating golfing news
  • Attend enquires and complaints for members and relay messages to superior
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing competency profiles and work procedures
  • Conduct regular performance appraisals and goal setting for associates
  • To ensure all foreign workers under supervision possess valid and legal documentation
  • Performs any other duties required by management from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel/sports operations
  • Excellent communication skills with passion to serve and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and job expectations
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Golf Management or Sports Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,700.00 per month
