DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for providing support in the day-to-day operations of the Administration Department such as Human Resource, Administrative and Purchasing functions.
  • Responsible for staff payroll, overtime and other staff benefits.
  • Monitor staff performance, attendance activities and discipline and provide basic counseling whenever necessary.
  • Responsible for maintaining employee safety, wellness and health reporting.
  • To attend to all insurance matters for the Company.
  • Handles license application from relevant authorities and monitor licenses renewal.
  • Handle documentation control of all master documents/forms and other ISO related documentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Human Resources or related role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office – MS Word/ MS Excel
  • Familiar with payroll software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
