DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for providing support in the day-to-day operations of the Administration Department such as Human Resource, Administrative and Purchasing functions.
- Responsible for staff payroll, overtime and other staff benefits.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance activities and discipline and provide basic counseling whenever necessary.
- Responsible for maintaining employee safety, wellness and health reporting.
- To attend to all insurance matters for the Company.
- Handles license application from relevant authorities and monitor licenses renewal.
- Handle documentation control of all master documents/forms and other ISO related documentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a Human Resources or related role.
- Proficiency in MS Office – MS Word/ MS Excel
- Familiar with payroll software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
