What You'll Do:

As a Patient Support Specialist, you will:

  • Be the voice of MEDvidi, managing patient inquiries through phone, chat, and email with professionalism and empathy.
  • Guide patients through their initial steps in mental health care, ensuring they feel supported and empowered.
  • Collaborate with Provider Assistants during busy times, ensuring seamless coordination of appointments and services.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions in our healthcare management system while adhering to HIPAA compliance standards.
  • Address patient questions, resolve service-related issues, and connect individuals with appropriate resources or departments.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on procedures and enhance your skills.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any field (a related discipline is a plus).
  • Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal) at a C1 level or higher.
  • Proven experience with CRM systems or similar tools for managing customer interactions and data.
  • A background in healthcare, mental health, or telehealth settings with a focus on patient support is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards (preferred).
  • Multilingual skills are a bonus, enabling you to connect with our diverse customer base.
