Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Indoor Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, generating leads, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Identify potential clients, generate leads, and build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Present and promote the company’s products and services to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals within company guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and client feedback in the CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics, courier, or supply chain industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
