- Handling basic admin task : Data entry, filing, recording, updating and compiling documents.
- In charge for Licensing / DOE/ Cert of Equipment, Agreement Documents including renewal.
- PPE items that hand over to branch/technicians documents acknowledged copy and details.
- Handling Overtime calculation / breakdown claims.
- Handling vendor and supplier documentation, processing for payment, tracking and inform vendor on payment status.
- Preparing purchase request form (PRF) and update the detail after purchase.
- Managing Petty cash and records.
- Handling Broadband and telco items : List and recording of movement
- Handling company vehicle list, PUSPAKOM and Road Tax renewal.
- Coordinate with Procurement team and vendor for travelling purpose.
- In Charge for collecting and follow up debts collection.
- Ordering items for pantry.
- Any other task assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above.
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of SAP system and technical will be an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
