- Perform various tasks, like recording minutes during meetings, filings and assist in attending clients feedback, license renewal
- Contribute to the management of the organization’s systems to ensure things are done accurately
- Assist the managers to make inquiries on small projects and to handle them from start to finish
- Cooperate in positive manner to the growth of the organization by providing required assistance to relevant staff and organization’s partners
- To review existing work processes, identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements to manage and optimize company’s process
- To check signage to meet Matrix’s quality standards. This may involve setting quality criteria, review artworks by supplier and conducting audits at carpark.
- To Liaise with suppliers and managing procurement processes to ensure signage will be supplied/installed base on car park requirements
- To coordinate with other department managers, executives and supervisor to do the signage/component artwork, getting approvals and communicate with suppliers
- To check and analyze price quotation given by suppliers so that it is within the financial budgets of the company
- Involve in customer services excellence to ensure that the signage/part/ and services offered by Matrix are client friendly and suits their requirement
- Responsible for selecting and managing relationships with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring that they meet contractual obligations and quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
