Clinic Assistant

Clinic Assistant Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient registration, including verifying personal details and insurance information.
• Maintain patient records accurately and in accordance with clinic policies and regulations.
• Assist with health screenings, vaccinations, wound dressing, and other clinical procedures under supervision.
• Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient inquiries, and processing billing.

Clinic Assistant Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional medical or healthcare certifications are a plus).
• Experienced is preferred. Training session will be provided for non-experienced.
• Willing to learn.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,750.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
