Role Overview:
As Customer Relations Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our VIP members and corporate clients - answering inquiries, resolving issues timely, and nurturing relationships to promote loyalty to The Chamber. This role provides account support through in-store events and promotions to drive loyalty.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate relationships with VIP, Silver+ members and corporate accounts across phone, email, and chat channels.
- Support execution of member-exclusive events including tastings, new product launches etc.
- Coordinate with marketing team on targeted loyalty campaigns and promotions
- Track member preferences and activity to identify retention opportunities
- Capture member feedback and suggestions to improve engagement
- Keep updated on new products, services and offerings to inform members
- Coordinate logistics for member hosted events at The Private Chamber lounge
- Assist Trade channel team with acquiring and servicing key on-premise corporate partners
- Coordinate with the Marketing team on targeted promotions and loyalty campaigns
- Prospect potential new high-end clientele, referral partners ,nd B2B accounts
- Arrange introductory meetings to present The Chamber’s unique value proposition
- Address member inquiries, feedback, and issues in a timely manner
- Analyze member data and activity to identify retention opportunities
- Provide reports on key member metrics and insights
- Stay updated on new products, services, and offerings to inform member
Skills Required:
- Proven ability to prospect and close sales with high-end clients

Salary & Commission Scheme
Monthly Compensation Package Base Salary
RM5,000 Monthly Travel Allowance: RM500
Commission Structure:
- If monthly sales quota of RM100,000 is achieved, a commission of 1% of total monthly sales will be paid out in addition to base salary and allowance.
- If monthly sales quota is not achieved, no commission will be paid out. Only base salary and allowance will be compensated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 per month
