Job description:
- Day to day supportive role for efficient office operations
- Logging incoming documents, organizing and filing records
- Answering phones, generating and responding to emails
- Collate utility bills, trace and alert on increased usage
- Verify details on documents and encode in spreadsheet
- Liaise with related departments and outlets for required info
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Candidate will possess minimum SPM
- Be computer literate and comfortable with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Have good coordination skills to manage multi-tasking with accuracy
- Responsible on quality of work and efficient to meet deadlines
- Will report at Sunway Mentari, PJ
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,880.00 - RM2,280.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
