  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Must have at least 1 year of Customer Service / Call center experience

Responsibility

  • Handle customer inquiries over the Inbound and Outbound (follow up)
  • Obtain all necessary information
  • Provide accurate information related to Key-lock, automatic & security doors
  • Assist customers regarding warranty, services technical support etc

Working timing

  • Monday to Sunday
  • 5 Working days (2 Off days)
  • 8 Working hours
  • Rotational shift

Salary Package

  • Base pay up to RM2500.00 - RM3000.00
  • KPI allowance: up RM500.00/month
  • Attendance allowance: RM100.00/month
  • Language allowance: RM300.00/month (If applicable)

Working Location

  • The Vertical Business Suites, Bangsar South (Kuala Lumpur)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Attendance bonus
  • Performance bonus

Experience:
