  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

To assist the Area / Operations Manager on daily outlet administration.
You are to monitor and make sure that there is a smooth running of customer service areas and satisfaction.
You are to make sure that good handling of cash is properly followed. You also deal with customer’s complaint and listen with some feedbacks so as to improve their services.
Be responsible for proper handling and taking over of stations at the end of each shift
Be responsible for designated station assigned to both in providing good service and crew members’ performance
Delegate duties and responsibilities to subordinates
Possess thorough knowledge of menus and beverage list
Present menu and make recommendations in order to increase food and beverage sales
Receive, write and place food and beverage order
Ensure that food and beverage are served promptly and accurately
Be hands-on during busy periods
Monitor the crew member that uses equipment, to handle with care
Ensure proper cashiering procedures are adhered to
Handle customers’ complaints
Provide on-the-job training to crew members and assist them
Study, evaluate operation/procedures and suggest improvements to the manager
Assist in providing orientation for newly recruited crew members
Supervise and assist the manager in his duties and to act in his capacity during his absence
Place requisitions for outlet’s supplies
Report lost and found items and customer’s incidents report to manager
Record daily food and beverage revenue
Update and sent log book to accounts/HQ weekly
Report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times
Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
Provide a courteous and professional service at all times
To assist Outlet Manager on day to day operations
Carry out ad-hoc duties assigned by manager from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
