We seek a creative and experienced Social Media Live Host to join our team. The successful candidate will host live streams on all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, brand awareness and revenue generation. It is a hybrid role with a flexible work arrangement.

Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for hosting livestreams on all social media platforms, including but not limited to Tiktok, Shopee and Lazada.

· Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts, content, strategies and promotions for live shows, including scheduling, planning and marketing.

· Interact with viewers during live broadcasts, attract and maintain the audience's attention, drive traffic and engagement, provide professional advice, answer enquiries and build a strong and loyal online community.

· Introduce product selling points, and display of product, reviews and consumer experience attractively and creatively during the livestream session.

· Provide accurate product information, including materials, designs, prices, and benefits, to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.

· Proactively encourage online audiences to adopt our product and make online purchases.

· Track and report live stream performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

· Review the data (insights and analytics) after the live stream, continuously elevate the live stream effect, and develop creative ways to enhance and improve livestream flow.

· Stay updated with the latest trends, challenges and features to incorporate into content creation.

· Ensure high-quality production standards, including audio, visuals and overall presentation.

· Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our products/services and maintaining a positive brand image.

· According to the company's arrangement, participate in the shooting of the company's product videos and daily short videos and share the videos.

· Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

· Candidates are required to possess excellent communication skills, good public speaking skills and good product presentation skills.

· Candidates must be presentable, cheerful and attractive personality, and be comfortable talking in front of the camera, not camera shy.

· Familiar with live streaming technology, proficient in using live streaming equipment and operations, and able to quickly process and solve technical issues.

· Have an in-depth understanding of the live streaming process and program content, able to plan and adjust according to the needs of the host and audience.

· Equipped with on-site scheduling and contingency response capabilities, able to respond promptly to unexpected situations and take effective measures.

· Candidates must possess good discipline and teamwork spirit, be willing to learn, positive attitude and be able to work under pressure.

· Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends and public holidays based on promotional needs and live broadcast schedules.

· Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (bonus).

· Candidates with livestream host experience are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
