Job Description

Responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of service center, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions and achieving business objectives.
Oversee vehicle intake processes, assess repair and service needs, and ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Address first-level customer complaints promptly and professionally to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor and evaluate Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports, workshop resource utilization, and key operational metrics.
Represent the company’s values and services by building strong customer relationships and promoting a superior customer experience.
Maintaining an up-to-date database of customers to enhance engagement, improve service delivery, and drive increased service volume intake
Drive the achievement of revenue, profit, and service sales targets
Lead and support front-line staff, including Service Advisors, to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.
Manage stocks and inventories of spare parts and products.
Maintain principal KPIs for aftersales operations, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Possess at least SPM, Professional Certificate (e.g. SKM Level 1, 2 or 3), Diploma or relevant qualification.
At least 3 years of experience in customer service, aftersales, service workshop
Ability to work independently with positive attitude and responsible character.
Good personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
Able to communicate with customers and internal staffs in a professional manner.
Results-driven approach with a keen focus on achieving goals and upholding high-quality standards.
Experience in working with SAP system & Merimen is a plus.
Possess valid driving license
Able to work on Saturday.
