Job Title: Production Supervisor
Key Responsibilities (but are not limited to):
- Oversee and manage production process
- Plan and schedule production activities to meet production targets
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed
- Delegate manpower and equipment for optimized process
- Motivate and supervise a team of production workers, including assigning tasks and resolving employee issues
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment for workers
- Work closely with the quality control department to implement corrective and preventive actions
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase production efficiency and product quality
Qualifications:
- Minimum requirement is High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or production environment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work with teams
- Ability to identify problems and develop solutions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
