Construction Supervisor

Roles & Respondsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Involves supervising on-site personnel, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining effective communication between all project stakeholders.
• Coordinate and schedule work activities to meet project timelines.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members as needed.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve safety issues or potential hazards.
• Act as the main point of contact between on-site teams, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure construction of tombs etc are done in line with drawings and quality plan.

Job Requirement:

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred).
• Ability to sketch or use AutoCAD is a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
