- Fulfil reservation requests by determining the rooms available to meet customer desires.
- Managing customers check-in, including reservation and online-booking.
- Verify customer information and payment options, assign rooms and respond to customers with confirmation emails or letters.
- Greet and register guests face-to-face, explain policies and hotel features, issue room keys and deal with customer service issues.
- Post charges, such as for items purchased from the room bar, and compute final bills.
- Accept payments and check guests out.
- Solving issues and problems related to the customer issues.
- Knowing basic accounting and billing responsibilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
