Your new role As a Graduate Trainee, you will be exposed to the external recruitment world, and your responsibilities will include: Attracting New Candidates: Use your charm and wit to build a strong talent pool. Interview candidates to find the perfect fit for various roles. Candidate Communication: Keep the conversation flowing with candidates to match them with the best opportunities. Client Sourcing: Find the top talent for your clients and showcase why said candidates are the best fit. Relationship Management: Build trust and ensure a smooth recruitment process by managing candidate relationships. What you'll need to succeed We’re looking for fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of work experience from all walks of life.
