JOB DESCRIPTION: • Develop plans for retail advertising and marketing of company products to raise the company’s market profile and increase sales. • Develop and maintain corporate branding and visual identity guidelines for marketing and communications materials and activities. • Plan, organize, execute, and manage marketing campaigns, and events such as tradeshows, customer and partner events, industry events, and sales training sessions. • Work up the forecast from category/Season level to sign off with Brand manager: Incorporating: Forecasting any sales variance to plan, creation of OTBs, Management of commitments – One-time delivery, rebuys, cancellations, markdown proposals. • Review and analyse sales performance which covers data review as well as customer and sales team feedback. • Develop and execute online strategies that include optimization of search engine marketing and social media. • Coordinate all marketing plans and activities with other managers and staff in the company to ensure that the plans are delivered effectively. • Respond to internal or external requests for developing and providing promotional activities. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in Marketing or equivalent. • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Excellent in MS Excel Knowledge (Pivot table & V-lookup). • Must possess own vehicle and willing to travel. • Team player with self-motivation. • Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. • The ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage. • Highly creative and full of ideas, with passion for excellence. • Proactive and resourceful in problem solving.
