Position: Functional Consultant Lead D365 F&O Finance Work location: relocate to Tokyo, Japan Employment type: 9-12 Months and can extend further JD responsibilities: 1) 10+ years’ experience in implementing D365 F&O 2) Working experience on AP, AR, GL & FA Modules 3) Experience consulting in the Finance Functional area 4) Experienced in Data Migration 5) Demonstrate capabilities in evaluating Finance & Dependent processes and recommending improvements 6) Worked closely with business and technical users to implement key solutions 7) Worked on all the phases of a typical implementation, incl requirement gathering, CRP, training, UAT, Go Live and Support. 8) Excellent customer-facing skills, able to communicate at all levels of an organization 9) Proven experience leading training & UAT phases 10) Should be able to lead/manage Finance Functional Consultants 11) Prepare detailed documentation (FDD, Fit Gap, Training Guides etc.) 12) Good communication Skills 13) Japanese communication and reading and writing are possible [JLPT—N1 & Above] 14) Ready to work from Customer location in Japan
