Responsibilities : - • Manage office phone calls. • Able to perform correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc). • Data entry, filing and any other general administration task in a timely manner. • Receive and direct visitors and clients during office hours. • General clerical duties including photocopying, data entry and mailing. - Assist in the closing files, storage file and filing systems • Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment. - Maintain office supply inventories • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment. - Implement any ad-hoc instructions as required • Multitasking and well organized. Job requirement :- • SPM Levers or Diploma • without experience also encourage to apply • Training will be provided
