CSR, Restaurant Front of House

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle bookings via telephone, online platforms, offline (takeaway), and walk-ins
• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Promptly welcome diners with a friendly smile to create a great first impression.
• Handle payments efficiently and resolve POS or payment-related issues.
• Accurately record and communicate food and drink orders from various channels.
• Ensure the restaurant presents a professional and appealing image.

Requirement:

• Candidates must have prior experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
• SPM, a related hospitality diploma, or equivalent is preferred but not necessary.
• Fresh graduates or school leavers are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, management, and co-workers is crucial.
• Excellent customer service skills and sensitivity to customers’ needs.
• Conformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
