Job Summary:
To provide high-quality physiotherapy assessments, interventions, and patient education to individuals with a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions. This includes the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans to optimize patient function, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including subjective and objective examinations, to accurately diagnose and identify patient needs.
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, assessments, and evidence-based practices.
- Provide a range of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to:
- Manual therapy techniques (e.g., massage, mobilization, manipulation)
- Therapeutic exercises (e.g., strengthening, stretching, balance, gait training)
- Electrotherapy modalities (e.g., ultrasound, TENS, electrical stimulation)
- Patient education and counseling on disease management, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Educate patients and their families on their condition, treatment plan, and home exercise program.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Participate in departmental meetings, continuing education programs, and professional development activities to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,869.27 per month
Expected hours: 40 per week
