We are looking for a Finance Analyst/ Accountant who is well organized, flexible, detail-oriented with strong communication skills and able to balance multiple priorities. The individual must be willing and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and energetic environment.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
a) ERP System Migration and Upgrade:
  • Manage the ERP system migration and upgrade projects
  • Utilize automation tools and techniques to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize ERP systems and processes.
b) Product Costing:
  • Lead and assist the migration of costing information into the ERP system.
  • Perform relevant standard/actual costing to determine SKU’s pricing
  • Ensure accurate cost allocation, reporting and analysis.
c) E-Invoicing Mandate Rollout:
  • Support the rollout of e-invoicing mandate across the organization.
  • Manage routine submission of e-invoice, liaise with all departments’ personnel and outsiders to gather relevant information for e-invoicing submission purposes.
  • Handle tax audit by IRBM during post-implementation of the e-invoicing period
d) Reporting and Automation:
  • Develop and implement automated reporting solutions.
  • Enhance reporting capabilities to support decision-making.
e) Forecasting & Budgeting:
  • Assist in the preparation of forecasts and budgets.
f) Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Tighten internal controls and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field..
Proven experience (3 years) in finance planning and analysis roles, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Strong proficiency in SAP ERP and knowledge of financial modelling and analysis tools.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to evolving business needs.
