Financial Accounting (HK,CN)

• Book-keeping and accounting entries to accounting system (eg. accruals, adjustments).

• Responsible for timely preparation of accounts - weekly, month-end, financial year end

closing and aging/listings.

• Work independently on accounting and management report and meet deadlines with

minimal supervision.

• Prepare accounting reports and deliverables and ensure submission within agreed

timelines.

• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, monitor unusual items and movement,

and investigate reconciling items.

• Meet Business Unit / client requirements/instructions and ensure on-time and on-quality

deliverables.

• Prepare manual journal entries at month end and ensure that the supporting

documentation for each manual journal entry is complete, adequate, and accurate.

• Perform monthly income tax calculation if required.

• Handle ad hoc activities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or with 1 years relevant working experience in accounting, finance or

relevant field of work.

• Able to read and write in Mandarin as support China/HK client

• Experience working in client service or SSC environment will be an added advantage.

• Diploma/Degree or in the midst of pursuing professional studies in accounting/financial

or its equivalent.

• ACCA, MIA, CPA or equivalent will be added advantage.
