Restaurant Assistant Manager/Manager
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of one restaurant outlet, ensuring compliance with the company’s operational standards and achieving financial and operational objectives. This role entails direct supervision of service crew and kitchen staff, local implementation of company policies, OKRs, and ensuring the outlet’s smooth and efficient operation.

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar managerial role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage both service and kitchen staff effectively.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and operational management.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in management software and systems.
- Experience in implementing and managing OKRs.
