Job Description:
• Responsible to service and grow the portfolio of insurance clients by developing new insurance schemes, segments or businesses.
• Monitor and analyze insurance products performance to identify areas for improvement and to ensure that the product's value proposition remains relevant and compelling over time.
• Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify customer needs and preferences and develop unique value proposition for the products.
• Lead the clients acquisition process by sourcing for competitive insurance quotes, carrying out product presentation, and negotiating the terms until the deal is closed.
• Oversee any enquiries or issues from existing clients and ensure resolution.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key insurers, reinsurance brokers, loss adjusters and internal departments in respect of insurance related matters to enhance collaboration and product innovation.
• Provide insurance claims services and ensure all claims are settled promptly.
• Supervise the insurance policies renewal as well as collection and ensure everything is done swiftly and accurately.
• Prepare the monthly business and marketing performance reports.
• Attend to JMB / JMC meetings, conduct business proposal presentation and advise clients professionally where relevant.
• Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
• Possess full / partial qualification in ANZIIF / ACII / AMII;
• Minimum 8-10 years of working experience in insurance industry, preferably in insurance broking house;
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Able to multitask and solve problems efficiently; and
• Possess own transport
