  • Develops sales and acts as an example for the team
  • Improves the store attractiveness, ensure the excellent standard of visual merchandising display, price tag, maintenance and customer services.
  • Manage and maintain healthy stock control and replenishment procedures.
  • Is Responsible for security, safety controls and procedures. Ensure all security issues or incidents concerning stock and cash may be targeted through theft and are reported and investigated.
  • Recruits, guides, trains and manages his/her team
  • Proposes improvements to his/her Manager (Offer, Services, Price policy…)
  • Develops local relationships (neighborhood shops, mall administration)
  • Improves one’s knowledge through regular updating (training on products and methods).
  • Coordinate with marketing and supply chain team, to ensure that Sales forecast accuracy KPI is achieved.
  • Formulate Sales plan (both internal review and external review) and own the execution in order to deliver full delivery of business performance against budget / target.
  • Minimum SPM and above in any field
  • At least 5 – 10 years of working experience in the related field (preferably candidate from Retail industry such as Electrical/ Cookware.
  • Work for 6 days a week. Flexibility to work non traditional hours, including shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Proven ability and desire to work in fast paced, changing environment.
  • Point of Sales (POS) experience is an add advantage.
