Purchasing
- Fully handling of the entire Purchasing duties which involved local and oversea order as per company established procedures.
- Coordinating the purchase of the finished goods and components/materials by collating information.
- Preparing purchase order, verifying specification & price, liaising & follow up with suppliers on behalf of the organization.
- Liaising with forwarders for import shipment.
Administration
- Fully handling of the Administrative duties as assigned and as per superior instruction whenever required and assisting in monitoring the admin activities within the operation scope in order to keeps the office running smoothly.
- SPM or Diploma in any field
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- At least 1 year working experience in purchasing
- Strong attention to details
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL system is an advantage
