  • Responsible for smooth handling of incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Answer all in-coming and out-going calls in a professional manner and to practice Standard Answering Phrase.
  • Assist patient, make appointment through Arcus (hospital information system).
  • Handle irate callers professionally and courteously by helping them to resolve their issue or redirecting the calls to correct person or department.
  • Any other adhoc jobs may be assigned from time to time.
  • Able to work 6 days a week including weekends/PH.
  • 24/7 operation, work on shift schedule basis (3-shifts) / Public Holidays / Weekends.

    Shift Schedules:

    Weekend & Public Holiday included.

    • 8 am – 4 pm
    • 7 am – 3 pm
    • 3 pm – 11 pm
    • 11 pm – 7 am

  • Minimum education qualification: Minimum SPM.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Looking for Junior and Senior Customer Service.
  • Language proficiency: English (Primary), Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Communication skill: Good in communication, calmness.
  • Other requirements: Literate with computers applications and trained in MS office application (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Willing to work on shift schedule; including Public Holiday and Weekend.
  • Ability to remain long hour in the close room environment, concentration to the calls monitoring, and good communication skill.
