Supply Chain Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Supply Planning Manager will be responsible for supply planning, co-packing planning, and master data maintenance for ANI business. This role is designed to deploy supply chain strategies to meet the company’s business needs, particularly in inventory planning, co-packing planning, order fulfillment, customer service, cost efficiency, and trade compliance.

The Supply Planning Manager will interface with the Demand team, Customer Service team, Sales and Marketing team within ANI business, as well as external suppliers in Malaysia and the Area Supply/Customer Service Team for the respective business.

This position is responsible for:

• Ensure timely availability of products (direct sourcing and co-packing) to meet customer demand.
• Maintain inventory of products and materials at target levels.
• Manage inventory health including slow and obsolete inventory, and PIPO with minimal write off.
• Manage the planning and execution of co-packing, including packaging materials.
• Drive the co-packing process, developing and adapting workflows according to business requirements and KPI.
• Facilitate the costing process for co-packing materials.
• Collaborate with area supply chain teams to ensure timely & accurate supply of products.
• Generate operational reports and schedules.
• Participate in Demand and Supply Review Meetings.
• Support KPI review and management meetings with external vendors.
• Manage import/export broker relationships.
• Ensure business continuity by managing supply disruptions during demand surges.
• Stay updated on relevant supply chain technology and processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies.

Other responsibilities may include:

• Master data management
• Trade/importation compliance
• Project management

Education & Experience:

• Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or others tertiary/degree qualification
• Minimum 5 years in supply planning, production scheduling/planning or customer service role with demonstrated success.
• Multi-national FMCG company exposure is preferred.
