Position : front desk/ supervisor assistant
-front-line-employee your role will be extremely important for improving customer experience and satisfaction. Your goal should always be make our guests feel comfortable and satisfied while in our spa
-Handling customer call, enquiry n always alert on the office phone to reply customer
-improving customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Often times they are the first contact with the customers, and responsible for making a good impression and improving reputation.
-keeping the front office n spa environment clean and good smell for spa in all times
-follow up n call customer when is not busy to remind them on their expired date of the package n remind them to come back n make booking thru our hotline number .
-managing incoming calls check emails all times regarding online booking maintaining records and files
-Monitor office n spa stocks supplies, if not enough inform in the leaders group chat
-Monitor and update records and files
