As part of Fuller Impact’s pioneering team, you will play a key role in expanding access to both advisory and education services regionally. We are looking for a passionate, entrepreneurial Business Development Manager/Executive with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by prospecting and closing SME, Mid-Tier, and corporate accounts, leveraging cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
• Accurately forecast quarterly and monthly sales by understanding buying processes and driving urgency in sales cycles.
• Develop, nurture, and close leads, including those generated by the marketing team, by fully understanding clients’ decision-making and purchasing processes, with a focus on aligning solutions to their sustainability goals.
• Create and execute strategic go-to-market plans to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Programs, and Partnership teams to optimize lead generation, nurturing strategies, and go-to-market processes.
• Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis on market trends, products, and competitors to inform decision-making and improve strategy.
Requirements:
• 3 - 8 years of Enterprise Sales experience
• Plus if you have knowledge in sustainability and experience targeting Asian and/or Global markets
• Experience selling SaaS technologies or products, is a plus
• Strong command of business-level English (additional languages are a plus)
• ESG and Sustainability knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven track record in selling services/solutions to SME, Mid-Tier, and/or corporate accounts, consistently meeting sales targets.
• Self-starter with a history of developing sales pipelines through cold calling, email, or LinkedIn outreach.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with senior executives to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
