A reputable MNC is looking to hire a Senior Business Development Manager (3PL - Warehouse Solutions) to be based at their Shah Alam office.
In this critical role, you will lead efforts to expand client's portfolio by identifying new opportunities, managing tender processes and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aimed at securing logistics projects through successful tendering
• Oversee the complete tender lifecycle, including bid preparation, submission, negotiation and finalizing contracts
• Craft and deliver impactful presentations, proposals and client pitches tailored to specific requirements
• Establish and nurture meaningful relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in the logistics sector
• Demonstrated success in business development and securing contracts within the logistics domain
• Deep knowledge of logistics operations, tendering processes and contract negotiation best practices
• Experience in managing large-scale logistics operations and sophisticated supply chain solutions is a plus
