How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Exciting Opportunity: Customer Service Executive (Supporting AUS & NZ), Immediate Hiring !

What We Offer:

Basic Salary: RM 3785-RM 4000

Location:

  • Skypark@One City, Subang Jaya

Job Scope:

  • Delivering excellent customer service to customers via inbound/outbound calls, live chat & email;
  • Taking ownership to solve challenges faced by customers and clients' partners;
  • Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with general concerns related to company's products/services

Working Hours:

Shifts: Monday to Sunday (morning, afternoon, and night shifts)

Schedule: 5 working days with 2 days off (based on shifts)

Daily Hours: 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1-hour break)

Working hours: Night shift (Supporting AUS & NZ market)

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma and above
  • SPM candidates with at least 1 year experience in a call centre environment
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience as CS in BPO
  • Required language: Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
  • Previous experience supporting Australian and New Zealand market will be an added advantage
  • Basic knowledge on cars will be advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
