The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:
  • Take chatbot conversations and sort them into different categories according to specific rules or guidelines.
  • Look at various types of text and decide how they should be grouped to make the chatbot smarter and more effective.
  • Make sure that all the data is accurate and follows the rules and standards set by the company.
  • Work with colleagues from different areas and departments to improve how conversations are categorized and labeled.
  • Find any problems or trends in the data that might make the chatbot work less effectively and let others know about them.
  • Help create and maintain the tools and documents used for categorizing conversations.
  • To be a team player and adapt to different situations and work well together
  • Take on special tasks or projects from time to time as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:
  • Proficient spoken and written English skills.
  • Proficiency in business writing and logical thinking skills
  • Typing and grammatical proficiency.
  • Capable of working independently.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage time.
  • Consistently demonstrate teamwork.
  • Adaptation to fast changes and new challenges.
  • Open to fresh graduates
