  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Service Assistant

Salary: Basic + OT starting from RM1,900.00

Job Description:

  • Provide exceptional in-store customer service such as welcoming and attending to customers.
  • Promote and educate customers on the benefits of using Honda genuine parts.
  • Send service reminders to customers, and provide the estimated completion time, charges, and the next service schedule.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including processing cash sales transactions and ensuring accurate service order records in the Honda system.
  • Issue the billing invoice to the customer and explain the details after service.
  • Assist customers with parts ordering, follow up on backordered parts, and manage control parts inventory.
  • Manage the process of warranty claims and service coupons according to company procedures.
  • Manage the process of new motorcycles arrivals, prepare and arrange motorcycles for delivery to customers and dealers.
