Sales Manager
1. To promote catering and convention facilities, generate revenue and to ensure that the monthly sales target is achieved.
2. To implement the marketing plan and its promotional activities.
3. To coordinate daily events to ensure it runs smoothly.
4. To ensure personal targets are met.
5. To ensure cleanliness and safety of the organisation.
6. To do regular competitors’ surveys on events being held at competitors’ hotels.
7. To follow up on any leads and entertain potential and regular clients to secure business and maintain rapport.
8. To introduce our varied facilities to the clients.
9. To co-ordinate with relevant supporting departments on all pertinent and special arrangements regarding each event.
10. To perform all other work as and when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in hotel management or related fields.
Minimum 3 to 4 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Experience managing and directing a sales team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
