  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Plan and organize daily schedules to ensure timely deliveries and services.
  • Act as a liaison between drivers, customers, and the sales team.
  • Maintain accuracy in the Trace2 system and daily service logs.
  • Address and resolve system issues with drivers promptly.
  • Lead improvements in processes within the work perimeter.
  • Conduct site and depot visits, including outstation trips, to support and guide drivers and dispatch teams.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and IT to develop effective scheduling solutions.
  • Work with the dispatch team to optimize routes, resolve issues, and ensure service quality.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations by addressing any ad-hoc tasks.
  • Undertake special projects assigned by management.

Requirement:

  • Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in logistics, dispatch operations, or route optimization is preferred.
  • Familiar with scheduling systems (e.g., Trace2) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with drivers, customers, and team members.
  • Travel: Willing to travel to depots and outstation locations as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
