  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Team Lead to drive our customer acquisition efforts and lead our sales team toward success.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and Manage the Sales Team

  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives.
  • Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Develop Sales Strategies

  • Create and implement sales plans to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.

Achieve Sales Targets

  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics.
  • Ensure individual and team quotas are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and execute plans to address underperformance when necessary.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns to ensure a positive experience.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Provide insights on sales performance and improvement opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
