Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies to support marketing initiatives and business objectives across multiple channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and advertising.
- Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for various marketing materials, including website pages, landing pages, email newsletters, social media posts, digital ads, product descriptions, press releases, corporate profiles, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, sales, and product teams, to brainstorm and develop creative concepts, messaging, and campaigns that align with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
- Conduct research to gather insights, understand target audience needs and preferences, and stay informed about industry trends and best practices to inform content creation and strategy.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand voice, tone, and style guidelines.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and user experience (UX), incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and formatting techniques to improve visibility and engagement.
- Develop content calendars, project timelines, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of content assets and campaigns.
- Analyze content engagement and performance to evaluate effectiveness and inform future content strategies and optimizations.
- Monitor emerging trends, tools, and technologies in content marketing, copywriting, and digital media to recommend innovative strategies and tactics.
Qualification requirements:
- Proven experience in campaign marketing, event planning, or related roles. Open for fresh graduates to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Good writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and persuasive copy that resonates with target audiences and drives desired actions.
- Strong understanding of content strategy, digital marketing principles, and best practices for creating content that attracts, engages, and converts target audiences.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and keyword research tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner) to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and the ability to adapt content to different audiences, channels, and formats.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Preferably a minimum of 1 year experience as a copywriter, content creator, or related role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of written content across different formats and channels.
- Language Proficiency (Spoken): English, preferably bilingual.
