Role Purpose

This role is responsible for supporting daily operations in the warehouse, specifically focusing on receiving, delivering, and supplying work equipment. Additionally, this position is required to assist with any maintenance activities needed within the warehouse area.

Key Accountability

  • Directly report to Officer.
  • Supply diesel fuel daily for forklifts on the ground floor and first floor of the MAB Kargo warehouse.
  • Conduct daily checks on weighing scales to ensure they are in proper working condition.
  • Inspect the condition of tractors, vans, and forklifts for any damage in the ramp and warehouse areas of MAB Kargo and repair any damaged BOXA and BINA at the maintenance workshop.
  • Make sure that all items/goods received from suppliers are in good condition and verify the total quantity of received items against the Delivery Order (DO) and Purchase Order (PO).
  • Record all data related to the usage of items/goods taken by MK employees or departments.
  • Prepare a monthly stock report (Stock Take) for store inventory.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by superiors, particularly those related to operational matters, to ensure the efficiency of operational activities.

Qualifications & Working Experience

  • A minimum of SPM/SPMV/DVM/STPM, or a related field with at least minimum 1 year of experience in Warehouse/Maintenance or a related field.
  • Posses a License D from Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan (JPJ).

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Able to work in rotating shift and flexible.
