Duties :

This is a project role to support on mass data validation and data update in IQN Navigator as part of the change in organization structure.

• Responsible to perform data validation and data update (manual & bulk update) in IQN Navigator on timely manner.
• Accountable for data quality – Data completeness and accuracy.
• Require updating in Project tracker for project tracking purpose
• To engage and communicate with hiring managers in various business and function (across regions) to perform data validation.
• Require collaborating with finance focal for cost object validation.
• Require collaborating with internal teams (master data, MI, Operation, project focal) to ensure tasks are being executed accordingly in different teams. Ability to work with virtual teams Multi-tasking and prioritizing requests.
• Well organized and attentive to details
• Executing any other support tasks as and when required
• Entitled for Overtime only if required by the Business.

Qualification and Additional Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field
• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the HR / Admin field.
• Well organized and attentive to details

• Candidate must be able to work in Cyberjaya, Selangor
• 6 months contract position available

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
