Job Description:
1. Goods Receipt and Inspection
- Check and document truck and item temperatures upon receiving goods to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Generate Purchase Orders (POs) and complete Good Receipts Notes (GRNs) in the inventory system for all received items, ensuring documents are scanned and originals submitted to Finance for payment.
2. Inventory Management and Labelling
- Maintain and update a stock list with Min-Max parameters to maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring availability while minimizing overstock to address storage constraints.
- Ensure that all inventory is traceable at every stage of the supply chain, in compliance with GMP, MSQH and HALAL standards food safety and quality.
3. Stock Movement and Distribution
- Pick items from stock based on stock movement forms, recording batch details for traceability and organizing items for distribution.
4. Inventory Control and Reconciliation
- Perform regular stock balance verifications, identify discrepancies and take corrective actions to resolve them, ensuring traceability of all actions taken.
5. Storage Conditions and Maintenance
- Monitor and record temperature and humidity levels in storage areas twice daily to ensure conditions meet food safety requirements with traceability to maintain GMP compliance.
6. Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Implement and maintain practices that ensure compliance with MSQH accrediation standards including proper storage, documentation and inventory control.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Food Service or Food Technology, Supply Chain Management or Business or a related field or at least 1 Year of experience in material management, purchasing, store or a F&B setting, preferably in healthcare experience.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) traceability standards and MSQH and HALAL compliance is preferable.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
