Allseas Malaysia is seeking an Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression, answering phone calls, managing the flow of our front office, meeting rooms etc.
Your role
- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Manage appointments and reservations to ensure an organized schedule.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, pantry & meeting rooms.
What we expect from you
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Ms Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus but not required
