Digital Marketing Intern

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing engaging content for Koha’s social media platforms.
• Support email marketing campaigns by crafting messages, managing lists, and analyzing performance.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies.
• Optimize digital campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
• Design marketing materials using tools like Canva, and create/edit videos using CapCut and AI-powered video tools.
• Help plan, execute, and manage effective webinars to engage with our audience and showcase Koha’s solutions.
• Monitor and report on social media, web traffic, and campaign performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with company objectives.

We’re looking for a motivated, creative, and tech-savvy individual with:

• Enrollment in or completion of a diploma or degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• A strong interest in digital marketing and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Canva and basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut or AI video software.
• Understanding of webinar platforms and experience in hosting or supporting webinars (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) is an advantage.
• A proactive, organized, and eager-to-learn attitude, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
