  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Full Job Description

  • Persuade, negotiate and push for payment arrangement.
  • Perform daily outbound call to notify customers of delinquent account regarding outstanding and overdue payment.
  • Effectively follow-up call to get payment from debtors.
  • Responsible for keeping records of collection and status of accounts.

Requirement

  • Minimum requirements:
  • - SPM with experience. (training will be provided)
  • - Diploma and above without experience. (training will be provided)
  • Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Candidates with collection experience will be an advantage.
  • Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
  • Exhibit strong negotiation skills and problem solving in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
  • Computer literate i.e Microsoft office.
  • Good working attitude, passionate, self-motivated and able to communicate well with people of all levels.
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • Fresh graduate with good communication skills will be considered

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Petaling Jaya or Kuala Lumpur : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
