Job Description
- Ensure that all personnel files details is key in into HRMS accurately
- Key in all the medical receipt into Excel file for record purpose
- Assist to verify supporting document in leave application
- Filling payroll related supporting document
- Assist in maintaining personnel file by ensure all relevant documents is filed accordingly
- Compile resignation staff personnel file
- Assist in open new file for new employees
- Assist to issue HR letters and follow up on the return copy of HR letters
- Assist in industrial relation related matters
Role Requirements :
- Currently possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource. Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Good knowledge in using Microsoft software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Preferably candidate who could commence December/January.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
- 1 Internship position available.

Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
