Job Description

  • Ensure that all personnel files details is key in into HRMS accurately
  • Key in all the medical receipt into Excel file for record purpose
  • Assist to verify supporting document in leave application
  • Filling payroll related supporting document
  • Assist in maintaining personnel file by ensure all relevant documents is filed accordingly
  • Compile resignation staff personnel file
  • Assist in open new file for new employees
  • Assist to issue HR letters and follow up on the return copy of HR letters
  • Assist in industrial relation related matters

Role Requirements :

  • Currently possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource. Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge in using Microsoft software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Preferably candidate who could commence December/January.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
  • 1 Internship position available.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
